Fantastic 'Holländer Kirsch' cake

Very good and neat business, wide choice and good service, the interior is not new anymore, but it exudes class, great to go to!

Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of items. It is nice that the coffee was served at the table, but sometimes you had to wait longer for it.

Been there for breakfast, hmm. The first, the corona hygiene rules are implemented in an exemplary manner, thank you A breakfast with sparkling wine, the selection is not huge, but leaves little to be desired. Coffee as often and as much as you want, rolls, bread ... everything was great. Very friendly service .. ? therefore all in all 5⭐?

City cafe with tradition, that has been around for 39 years and is run by the second generation. Cakes, pies, pastries and chocolates. Breakfast, lunch all in one house, what more could you want.

Good food for a reasonable price and nice staff

Just had breakfast there it was just of poor quality. If it is criticized it is ignored by the staff. Burnt pancakes was then just the icing on the cake.

Made a trip to Kleve and got stuck while strolling in Café Wanders. Great selection of cakes and also small hearty snacks. The pieces of cake were the right size for us. My mother had a lovingly decorated sundae that she liked very much. Service extremely friendly and competent. Should we come to Kleve again, we will certainly stop there again and pamper ourselves with delicious cakes.

Delicious and beautiful cakes to be ordered or taken away (cheaper) at the bar. We found a nice table with street view above. Drinks were taken care straight away. Irish Coffee contains whiskey, a very strong whiskey. So i suggest ladies to take with Baileys.

Typical german Konditorei-like place. Nice german Kuche; very broad offer of amazing creations; attentive employees; old-fashoned hospitality (no problem to order just 10 min before lunch closing = 3.00pm). Also opened on Mondays. And of course, Kleve is a nice ancient small city, once (in 17th century) even belonging to Dutch territory.

Stadt - café Kleve was a pleasant break in the old center of Kleve. Friendly staff and nice place where you can sit both inside and on the terrace. Very wide selection of fresh cakes that you smile at from the display case. You make a choice, get a receipt and then look for a place to sit where you are served quickly. With the receipt they can see which cake you wanted. You can also order a soup, sandwich and salad here. Outside you sit cozy and inside you sit chic. Toilets are downstairs and very clean. We will definitely come back sometime.

Ok. Weak coffee, but seating fine and service decent. Wouldn't mind going back (if I don't want a coffee) but probably trying a different terrace next time in Kleve.

Sunday morning breakfast buffet was delicious! Then I ordered cakes, to pick up at the end of the day and then I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious truffles! And the pastry was also very tasty. Thank you for the gift for my birthday! Very sweet!

Fresh wind through generational change :) the city Cafe Wanders has been renovated <3 Look over it again! The range has remained, here you get a huge selection of home-made cakes and tarts and offered and seasonally changing products

Lovely place. Good cakes and chocolates. Good choice of soft drinks, beers, tea and coffee. Very clean toilettes. My visits to Kleve are never complete without a stop at this place.

Lovely place to eat/drink food . food is stunning. Really love there sweet cherry struddle. Staff are very nice. Food made fresh on site .cakes are amazing. Worth visiting and tasting real German desserts and coffee . its worth visiting and tasting there amazing cakes .def would go back here one day again.
